Do you have grooming at both your store locations?
We no longer have a Wilsonville “Critter Cabana” however you can still book with the groomers there from this page. When you book online you’ll be able to see spots available in both Newberg and Wilsonville.
How do I book an appointment?
You can call the store and speak to any staff member who can book an appointment or book an appointment online right here on this page.
Is there a weight limit?
Yes the current weight limit is 120 lbs due to the available equipment in our facility.
Is the price listed accurate?
Yes, however unusual circumstances can alter the rate. (For example fleas or extreme matting)
How long will it take?
Most dogs will be done within a few hours of their appointment time.
When should I arrive with my dog?
You can drop off your dog anytime before your appointment, and after we have opened at 8am. Most people choose to drop their dogs off just prior to their scheduled time.
What if I can’t make it to pick up my dog right when its done?
You can pick up your pup anytime before we close the store. See the bottom of the page for store hours.
Do you groom cats?
Some of our groomers can do cats and others can’t. If you use the online booking tool it will only show you available times with a groomer who can do your cat. Choose Cats Grooming under the categories menu in the online booking tool to get started.
Do I need to bring anything to my first appointment?
Nope! Just your pup!
Do you groom rabbits?
Yes. Choose Rabbit haircut in the online booking.
Do you trim nails?
Yes. No appointment is necessary. However, its good to call ahead to make sure a groomer will be in, usually every day until about 4pm.
Why does it take so long to get in?
We are picky about our groomers so the demand tends to exceed their available time. We’d highly recommend booking your appointment immediately after your appointment as you will almost always get a weekday and time that works for you.
Does grooming count towards my rewards points?
Yes! The rewards program is a no brainer for a grooming customer and equates to 5% off.
What if I’m dissatisfied with job?
We will recut to your specifications free of charge.
Do I need to leave a tip?
You don’t have to but it is customary. There is no exact %. $5 for a bath or $10 for a cut are popular amounts.
